Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via the Contact page, including your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation number and instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible and include your return authorisation number inside the parcel.
  4. Send the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
