Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Australian orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days via standard shipping. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. International orders can take 7–21 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility. Shipping rates and timeframes are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received this within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched, but we can't guarantee this once it's in processing.

Returns & Sizing

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for the complete process.

I received a faulty or wrong item — what do I do?

We're sorry! Please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.

How do I know which size to order?

We have a full Size Guide with measurements for all product types. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the exchange process. Items must be unused and in original condition. See the Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

The Store & the Cause

Is this the official Pride of Jenni merchandise store?

Yes. Pride of Jenni Official is the only authorised fan merchandise store for Pride of Jenni, created with the Ottobre family. All proceeds support the ongoing operations of the stable and a portion goes to charity. See Jenni's Legacy for more on the story behind the store.

What charity does the store support?

A portion of all sales from this store is donated to a nominated charity. Details of the charity partner will be announced in due course. The Ottobre family has a long history of charitable giving, particularly in support of brain tumour patients and their families.

How can I share a fan message or race day memory?

Head to our Fan Zone to leave a message. All submissions are reviewed before going live, and you'll need to tick the consent box to give permission for your message to be published.

Sign up to our newsletter via the form on the homepage, and check the News page for the latest race results and articles. We'll also send announcements about new merchandise drops to subscribers first.
